Boxing classes that happen twice a week focus on developing beginners to compete.

The session is limited to those who want to take boxing more seriously at a competitive level and has 30 attendees.

this class accommodates men and women who want to be boxers 

in this class, you will be working to improve fitness, skills and experience with boxing live resistance drills such as sparring, school sparring, full sparring, pad work, bag work and various conditioning drills 

it is recommended that beginners who join have a level of boxing understanding, and previous experience in combat sports preferably as this class targets competition

About Boxing Club

DCU Athletic Boxing Club welcomes all levels of boxers from Novice to Elite.

We compete in all IABA competitions and also represent DCU in shows all around Ireland and abroad. 

If you are looking to get seriously fit and or disciplined in one of the most demanding sports out there then this is the perfect society for you. 

If you are already a boxer, why not join up and improve your graft with some top class coaches and competitive sparring for all levels.  

As things slowly start to reopen, we are delighted to welcome you all back. We have lots of missed time to make up for so lets go get it and have some serious craic along the way.
