About Drama
Founded 35 years ago in 1988, DCU Drama is one of the most well established, active, and welcoming societies on campus, and has cemented itself as a crucial part of society life in DCU, as DCU's Best Society of 2020/21 and 2021/22. Run by a committee of students, each year our society hosts five flagship shows, a Panto, a Musical and 3 plays divided between Semester 1 and 2. The society is open to everyone interested in theatre, not just those interested in performing. Members can get involved in writing, backstage, with lights, sound, stage management, direction and much more. You need only join, what you do in DCU Drama is up to you!
