Join us every Monday from 5–6 PM in the Solas Room (U Building) for a relaxing and energizing Hatha-style yoga class led by our wonderful instructor Mairead.
? Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed for all levels – no experience needed!
