Join us every Monday from 5–6 PM in the Solas Room (U Building) for a relaxing and energizing Hatha-style yoga class led by our wonderful instructor Mairead.


? Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed for all levels – no experience needed!


???? No gear? No problem! Mats and blocks will be provided, so just bring yourself and wear something comfy.

Beginners, don't be afraid to come along and try yoga out. You'll soon feel the benefits as yoga may help with: reducing stress, anxiety & depression, increasing energy, improving memory, focus and concentration, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility, and improving posture and overall health. Before your first class with us, you must fill out a form which is emailed to all members weekly.

It is advisable to pay for classes using bank transfer (bank details are emailed to members weekly). However, cash is also accepted upon arrival. Sanitised yoga mats are provided but it is recommended that you use your own yoga mat.
