Connection - Fotosoc's first published magazine is now available for order on our website dcu-fotosoc-store.myshopify.com and soon to be available in certain book stores around Ireland with all proceeds going to Jigsaw Youth Mental Health Charity. The zine includes work from our own fotogang as well as some talented poetry soc members. Big shout out to Peter O'Neill from the college view for covering an article on connection which you can read here. We are so excited for all of you to get your hands on this to see the work we've put into it. Many thanks to DCU Alumni for sponsoring this project !!

Submissions will stay open until the 18th of November, so get working!!

We are asking all DCU heads to submit photos OR poetry (max 150 words) that relate to the theme of our magazine (which is connection, duh).

We are open to all interpretations of the word connection. We will also be accepting works that relate to disconnection.

Here https://forms.gle/3nB7MrK5rNU5TWzv7 is the link to the google form to submit photos.

And here https://forms.gle/48sXfEkMB2y1ifdz5 is the link to submit poems

Along with your work you will need a short explanation as to how your work relates to the theme to be in the running to be published!! You can submit a max of 3 photos and 2 poems. This is a great opportunity for both beginners and pros at photography as well as poetry. We can’t wait to see all of your talented work!!
